Over the past 25 years I have bought 6 and sold 5 homes, all but 2 in the South Bay area. This of course means I have dealt with a lot of Brokers and I can say unequivocally that Suzanne Yavorsky met the challenges better than any one I have worked with in her profession. However, what I think was a true test of her worth as an honest and decent Broker was the following--There was nothing that appealed to my wife and I, but never once did she try to high pressure or prod us into taking something we did not desire. We rented for three months. During that time we kept in almost daily contact, looked at myriads of houses and finally the search was rewarded when she found us a lovely home in an area that we had high on our priority list. She put together a good deal for us on the house and we are now calling it home. Suzanne then found someone to rent the property that we vacated.
I have been inside some of the properties that she manages and they were as well maintained as most of the owner occupied homes that I looked at during my search to buy. Her tenant occupied houses were the best kept of any rented property that I viewed.
In closing, I would like to say that her knowledge of Real Estate in terms of what is fair to sell for and to buy for is unsurpassed and her general overall knowledge of house construction and condition is equally impressive. She knows Real Estate, she know the South Bay, give her a street name and more than likely she will tell you the exact location. It is my honest opinion that if you are in the market for a real professional to look out for your best interests in a demanding and oftentimes stressful undertaking, you cannot find a better Broker than Suzanne Yavorsky. She has my highest recommendation to represent anyone in the house buying market.
